Conditions of participation in exhibitions and conferences

 

Dear ladies and gentlemen, colleagues!

   If you plan to participate in one of our exhibitions, you need to:  

-          make yourself familiar with the information about forthcoming event. You can do this on our web site, where we have information letters for every exhibition and conference, application forms with pricing information, exhibitions archive, photo gallery. You can also give us a call and we will send you the information package by fax or mail. Besides that, we will also answer any questions you might have: +7 496 563 3292;

-          fill out, sign and send us an application form.  After we receive it, we will send you a participation agreement and an invoice for participation in the exhibition. Besides that, during your application process we can always discuss booth position and configuration;

-          send us information (and other advertising materials, in accordance with your application) to be included in the exhibition catalogue. You can find information about amount of materials and deadline in the application form for the exhibition;

-          after signing of the participation agreement and us receiving payment, your company will be registered as a participant in the exhibition. We will reserve your exhibition area, build the booth, and send exhibition arrival and check in information 10 days before the exhibition starts;

-          after the end of the exhibition we will provide you with the necessary financial documents package.

 If you plan to participate in one of our conferences:

-          make yourself familiar with information about forthcoming event;

-          fill out, sign and send us application form;

-          send out abstracts for oral presentation and for publication in collection of proceedings.

-          the organizing committee will inform you about acceptance of abstracts for publication, oral presentation, date and time of oral presentation, date and time of registration.

-          if necessary, we will send an invitation in your name for participation in the conference.

When you arrive at the conference, you will register at the registration booth and then receive a name badge and participant package which includes certificate of participation and conference program. You can purchase printed conference proceedings directly at the conference.

If you plan to attend our exhibition:

-          double check place and time of the exhibition on our web site or by calling us;

-          if you can register on our web site we will send you a free invitation to our exhibition;

-          entrance to our exhibitions is free. We will be happy to see you!
